Thank you for all your help in selling my home in Thousand Oaks. I never realized how many things could come up once escrow is opened. Thank you for relieving some of the pressure of getting all of the buyer's requests handled while I was packing for my 5 week trip to Thailand and could not be there for the closing. Oh!, and thanks for reading my closing statement and discovering the money that escrow almost billed me, for the same termite work that was already paid! There were so many different charges for lenders, taxes,etc. that I never would have caught it. I will of course refer you to any one I know who tells me they are thinking of moving.
